Mevalia Low Protein Bread Mix is a versatile mix for baking all kinds of delicious breads and other dough-based foods such as pasta, pizza and pies. It is free from gluten, milk, egg, soy and preservatives.
Mevalia Low Protein Bread Mix comes with a 10g sachet of dried yeast.
Gluten-free wheat starch, maize starch, rice starch, thickeners: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, guar gum; apple fibre, dextrose, potato flour. One sachet of dried yeast enclosed (dried yeast, emulsifier: sorbitan monostearete).
