The Scholl Verruca Removal System is a targeted medicated treatment designed specifically for verrucas and common warts. Using a high-concentration salicylic acid disc, it works by softening the keratin—the protein that makes up the wart—allowing the infected skin to be gradually removed.

How to Use

Preparation: Ensure the affected area is clean and dry.
Application: Apply the medicated disc (adhesive side down) directly onto the center of the verruca.

Routine: Leave in place for 48 hours. Remove, cleanse the area, and repeat the process.
Duration: Continue treatment for up to 12 weeks or until the verruca has been successfully removed.

Critical Safety Warnings

Diabetes & Circulation: DO NOT USE if you are diabetic, have severe circulatory disorders, or have nerve damage (peripheral neuropathy). Patients with these conditions are at a higher risk of foot ulcers and must seek professional medical advice for wart removal.
Area Restrictions: Do not use on the face, neck, armpits, breasts, or genital/anal areas. This product is only for use on hands and feet.
Skin Condition: Do not apply to moles, birthmarks, hairy warts, or any skin that is broken, irritated, or reddened.
Pregnancy: Do not use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.

Possible Side Effects

Common: Mild soreness or localized redness at the site of application.
Healthy Skin Contact: If the medicated disc touches healthy skin, it may cause whitening or irritation. Ensure the disc is trimmed or placed accurately.
Action: If you experience significant pain or an allergic reaction (rash/swelling), remove the plaster immediately and wash the area.
