Neocate LCP is a nutritionally complete, amino acid–based powdered infant formula designed for the dietary management of infants who require an elemental diet. The formula contains long-chain polyunsaturated fatty acids (LCPs), including DHA (docosahexaenoic acid) and ARA (arachidonic acid), and is suitable for use as the sole source of nutrition for infants, when recommended by a healthcare professional.

Directions for Use

The quantity of feed and dilution must be determined only by a clinician or dietitian, based on the infant’s age, weight, and individual requirements.

Preparation & Feeding Instructions

The health of your infant depends on careful preparation.

Each level scoop (4.6g) requires 30ml of water to achieve the recommended concentration
Wash hands thoroughly and sterilise all feeding equipment
Boil fresh water for 5 minutes and allow to cool
Add the prescribed number of scoops using only the scoop provided
Shake well until fully dissolved
Check temperature before feeding

Discard any formula remaining after one hour. Do not reheat.

Important Information

Powdered infant formula is not sterile
Prepare feeds immediately before use
Store unopened in a cool, dry place
Once opened, use within one month
Use only under healthcare professional guidance
