Is breastfeeding or formula feeding better?

However, breastfeeding isnt possible for everyone, and formula feeding is still a great, healthy alternative to give your baby the nutrients they need to grow and develop as they should.
How long does formula last?
Once youve made up your formula, you can use it within 24 hours as long as youve stored it in a fridge. If you store your formula in a cool bag with an ice pack, you should use it within 4 hours, and if you store it at room temperature, you should use it within 2 hours.
Can you reheat formula?
Formula should be used immediately and you must not reheat it - if your baby starts a bottle of formula but doesnt finish it within an hour, you should dispose of it. This is because reheating formulas can lead to a lot of the essential nutrients being lost.
Storage information
Store in a cool, dry place out of sight and reach of children. Do not use after the expiry date, referring to the last day of the month stated on the packaging.
