Place the support underneath the left foot.
Wrap the toe strap around the big toe and fasten securely.
Wrap the heel strap across the top of the foot and adjust as needed.
Secure the ankle strap and check that the brace fits comfortably.
Place the support over the top of the right foot.
Secure the toe strap around the big toe.
Wrap the heel strap around the foot and fasten comfortably.
Fasten the ankle strap and adjust for the desired level of support.
Ensure the brace is fitted firmly but does not restrict circulation.
