To treat gum disease, rinse your mouth twice a day with 10ml of mouthwash. Rinse for one minute before spitting out. Continue use for 1 month.
To treat mouth ulcers and oral thrush, rinse your mouth twice a day with 10ml of mouthwash. Rinse for one minute and then spit. Start the treatment as soon as you notice the first symptoms, and continue use for 2 days after the condition has healed.
To relieve denture sore mouth, clean and soak your denture in the mouthwash for 15 minutes. Repeat twice a day.
