How to use this product

To use, spray 5-10 times around the body and massage it into the skin. Using this spray after a shower or bath is a great time to apply as the skin is warm and the pores are open which aids absorption. Apply anywhere on the body avoiding delicate areas such as the eyes. If your sleep is disrupted, apply 2-3 sprays of BetterYou Magnesium Sleep Spray to the areas of concern (often the calf or the feet) and massage in.
