Freestyle Libre Two Sensor (single)
FreeStyle Libre 2 Sensor – Single is a continuous glucose monitoring (CGM) sensor designed to measure interstitial glucose levels in people with diabetes. When applied to the back of the upper arm, the sensor works with a compatible reader or smartphone app to provide glucose readings, trend data, and optional alerts.
Each sensor is designed to be worn for up to 14 days, as directed by the manufacturer.
This product should be used under the guidance of a healthcare professional and in accordance with the instructions provided.

Do NOT use if:
