How to use
- Wash hands thoroughly, rinse out the cavity with warm water then use the applicator to remove a small amount of material from the vial
- Form a ball with your fingers and press firmly into cavity
- Bite down several times and remove any excess material
- Rinse mouth with water
- Allow 1 hour to set before eating
